Heather Saffer

Heather Saffer is the founder and CEO of Dollop Gourmet, a natural foods company that produces vegan gourmet frostings and snacks made from premium non-GMO and gluten-free ingredients. In 2012 Heather competed on Food Network’s nationally acclaimed competition show Cupcake Wars, bringing home the crown and catapulting Dollop Gourmet into the national spotlight. In May 2016, Saffer and Dollop Gourmet were featured on ABC’s Shark Tank. Saffer has also been featured in Forbes, People, Huffington Post, USA Today, Women’s World, Oprah, and Yummly, among others.  She lives in Los Angeles, CA.
