US-based pattern-designer and sewer Virginia Lindsay is the creator of Gingercake Patterns and the author of the blog Gingercake. A sewing addict with a passion for fabrics, Virginia creates and sells her own patterns for a whole range of items, from cute plushies and pillows to bags and notebook slipcovers. She lives with her husband and three kids in Freeport, PA.
