Operations
You could join our Operations team as a Warehouse Associate, Equipment Operator, Data Entry Clerk, Transportation Clerk, Analyst, Maintenance, IT, or Warehouse Management.
Our team works together to receive, pick, pack, and ship millions of books every year. There is truly something for everyone.

In Customer and Client Services we’re all about working together to make things run smoothly. We focus on building strong relationships with our clients and customers, making sure they feel supported every step of the way. We also team up with distribution to keep things moving and ensure everyone’s on the same page.
When challenges come up, we’re quick to remove any roadblocks so the process stays simple and stress-free. At the heart of everything we do is a genuine passion for doing great work and delivering the best experience possible.

Our Community
Hachette Book Group US Distribution is committed to supporting our local community through volunteer efforts and financial contributions to organizations such as Boone County Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish, United Way of Central Indiana, and the Boone County Chamber of Commerce.
Our annual $1 Book Sale, open to Lebanon and surrounding areas, offers an accessible way to share our titles, engage with readers, and strengthen community ties. More than just a sale, it’s a meaningful event that fosters connection, showcases our commitment to quality, and reinforces mutual appreciation between our team and the community.
