Katie Hale is the assistant editor for the L.A. Times Crossword. She has published puzzles with The New York Times, L.A. Times, Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker, Universal, and others. She grew up in Houston, Texas, but currently lives in London.

Adesina O. Koiki is the creator of the podcast A Lot of Sports Talk and has worked in all facets of sports journalism, including as a reporter/researcher at ESPN The Magazine. He has constructed crosswords for The New York Times and the American Values Club Crossword, and he constructs mini crosswords regularly for Vox.com. He is a native of Brooklyn, New York.

About the Author

Elin Hilderbrand lives on Nantucket with her husband and their three young children. She grew up in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, and traveled extensively before settling on Nantucket, which has been the setting for her five previous novels. Hilderbrand is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and the graduate fiction workshop at the University of Iowa.
