“What miraculous timing! Just when things look as dark as could be, Mingyur Rinpoche shows us that we already have what it takes to live with peace—even joy—in a world gone mad. Nowhere is Mingyur Rinpoche’s exceptional skill for applying ancient wisdom to modern life more accessible, more inspiring, or more relevant. I am so grateful for this remarkable book.”

—Pema Chödrön, author of When Things Fall Apart and Another Kind of Freedom

World‐renowned and bestselling meditation teacher Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche returns with his most approachable and urgent book yet. Adapting ancient Buddhist teachings and practices in accessible and direct new ways that will speak to people of all backgrounds, A World of Difference makes the transformative power of traditional wisdom practical and relatable for our world today.

In a global climate of fear, unease, and suffering, we all struggle with what we cannot control. In this warm and welcoming book, Rinpoche’s readers and students, as well as those totally new to his work, will find a path toward inner stability, and learn to live with greater resilience and strength, even in the most challenging of circumstances.
