She started her jewelry brand in 2008 while working as the painting assistant to Italian artist Francesco Clemente. He became her mentor and one of her favorite tarot card readers. Since 2008, Pamela has collaborated with artists and designers ranging from Spike Jonze to Orville Peck. She is known for her commitment to sustainability and ethical production. She has won numerous awards including the CFDA award for accessories in 2012. She is also known for portraying herself in Hulu/Vogue’s The Fund about the Vogue CFDA fashion fund, for which she was awarded runner up. Pamela lives and works in Brooklyn and LA with her partner, Brad, their son, Atticus, and many animals.
