For over two decades, he has been serving thousands of people every day, with chickpeas as a key ingredient in all of his dishes. Orly Peli-Bronshtein is a culinary expert and chef. She was the chief gastronomic editor for Israel’s leading magazine Al HaShulchan (Hebrew for On the Table). Orly has released a long line of cookbooks in Hebrew and collaborated as a deputy writer in international publications by Janna Gur, including The Book of New Israeli Food and Fresh Flavors from Israel.
