Giselle Weybrecht set out to find the world’s best hot chocolate and never stopped. That quest coincided with her work embedding sustainability into education, for which she earned a UN Pioneer Award. As a chocolate maker, baker, certified taster, and judge, she travels the world speaking, researching, and sparking conversations about chocolate and sustainability.
