Meredith Youngson is a holistic nutritionist, professional recipe developer, and founder of the popular wellness tea brand, Lake & Oak Tea Co. Meredith’s mission is to encourage others to take charge of their health through self-love, feel-good food, and cooking for happiness. She is the author of award-winning Super Tonics (2023) and lives in Hamilton, Ontario, with her husband and two sons.
